「The host, Scott, was wonderful! The tiny home was beautiful and in the midst of a campground for RV's. It was quiet and peaceful, with an outdoor swing, grill, and firepit. We will definitely consider going there again.」

「The property was pretty clean but the inside needs maintanence. Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. They should have said a more direct location. I had to call...

「This was a very low key and relaxing place to stay. There weren't a lot of rules for clean-up that made it feel like you were doing something wrong. Very simple - keep your bed unmade and put your towels on the floor and close the windows. The owner was responsive and kind. Nice cottage feel to the place. We would stay time and time again.」

「We were there for our granddaughter’s wedding at Adaland Mansion. This was a convenient location for traveling to and from the event. The house was beautifully decorated and very roomy for a large family. Everything was clean and comfortable. The rain kept us from enjoying the outdoors but there was lots of room for outdoor sitting and grilling. Sherry is an exceptionally good host. I would recommend the riverfront home to anyone traveling to that area.」

「We were in town for work. This home was a great place to come back to each night & relax. Quiet, clean & comfortable. We loved the open spaces & all of the windows! Not a huge problem... but the internet is satellite... and unfortunately, it rarely worked. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!!!」

「Lovely older home. We loved that it was right next to the river. Unfortunately it was rainy & cool the whole weekend, so the guys couldn't fish & we couldn't take full advantage of the screened porch. Maybe next time! It wasn't too far out from Elkins, so that was nice, too. Beds were comfortable. We took the Tygart train ride & actually saw the house from the train. That was cool. Beautiful area!」

「Property was very clean. A couple of comments, not problems. 1) It would help to have the wifi logon and password posted or given to the renter. 2) A channel listing for the TV would help. 「Everything was great fir the most part. Check in was great. We got to our room and ut was very clean exceot there were these stink bugs all over the window. Too numerous to count. We went down to the front desk and the very friendly lady happily switched our room. The bugs arent due to unclean rooms, we have these bugs at home too but we didnt feel like sleeping with them.
