The Italian receptionist is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The room is very comfortable, and so is the bathroom. We enjoy our stay!

Appallling small room / understaffed hotel
Twin room is so small that it was difficult to move about, let alone having space for suitcases. The toilet is painfully small too. No bell and concierge service. They charge you for water after the first bottle and yet there is wine (not for everyone I'm afraid) in the room.
No curtain in the room and the morning sun leaks through the shutters. A strange setup under a chain of eight hotels. I will NEVER stay there again. Not worth the money spent. The Royal Marriott would be a much better choice in terms of room and location.
