Not enough bedding, bad attitude
"We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. Just what we needed
"Our group drove from Massachusetts to Montreal on Motorcycles. The house was in a quiet neighborhood which was nice. We were a big group but the house had plenty of beds and lots of bedrooms so we didn't feel cramped. The couch in the living room was huge, so that was nice for socializing. Not much ..."

No hair dryer at my room
"the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience...."
