「Good location, good breakfast, good reception, good room」

「The hotel is located at a convenient location of Buenos Aires and most tourist destinations can be reached in walking distance. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby so that visitors can buy daily use items. Bus and train staions are nearby. The room is clean and reasonbly spacious. Breakfast is reasonable both in quantity and choice. Wifi is fairly weak and unreliable in room but much better in hotel lobby. I do, however, recommend Cero 5 Restaurant next to the hotel which serves great...

「Excellent location and a great hotel. 」

「Chose this hotel before a cruise. It is about a 5 minute drive to the terminal. It is within walking distance to Florida Street which has many shops, including souvenirs. The breakfast is decent, nothing spectacular. The reception desk was very friendly, but hostess at restaurant, not so much. Overall, a good choice for cruisers.」

「Valentin at the front desk was excellent, all our interactions by emails were extremely profesional and helpful. He was a big part of us having a great stay. Staff in general were really nice and helpful, at the bar, at the spa, the manager at the front office was excellent and made sure we felt special and happy. Loved their restaurant, loved their live music every evening. Would love to go back some day. Thank you Faena, we will recommend you for sure.」

「Good location, a carrefour express store at the next lane, and the hotel is close to subway & bus stop and there is a shopping mall just takes you around 5 mins to go there for shopping or eating. btw there is a laundry store at the corner is charge more cheaper than the hotel.」
