「Allowed late checkout to 2pm. Gave me an upgrade to suite. Very good to them. The breakfast only soso...does not have many choices. Overall very good experience. 」

「All was good except the guest relationship manager. He was not friendly at all. When we reported an issue, what he did was pushing the issue instead of considering in a guest aspect. Fortunately, a staff from Australia was very nice and helpful. He knows how to listen and how to solve the problem. Any way, very nice experience in this hotel except the guest relationship manager.」

「The staff was super useful! Very polite and nice. The amenities in the apartment are lacking if staying only for a couple of days. No hand towels, no towels in the kitchen, no dish soap 」

「Great days in this hotel, very pleasure . The clerks in the hotel are very friendly, help us to load and unload the baggage. One day we lost the card inside the room, they are very patient to open the door, the next day advise us if the key for room is available and open . The rooms are very clean and timely prepare adequate paper towels for us. 」
