「Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.」

「We booked this cabin because it was close to the Ark Encounter, and we wanted to have a quiet place to relax. When we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and wasn't ready for us, so we contacted the host, who apologized and assured it would be taken care of. Turned out the cleaning service was running behind and hadn't been there yet. We bought some groceries and went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and the cabin was ready when we finished. We were refunded all but a few dollars of the cleaning...

「The location of the property was wonderful. I can't say enough about the view. However parking was a serious issue. We had 2 cars for the 1st evening. We secured parking for 1 car outside of the place. The other car had to be parked at the bottom of the hill. And this is quite a hill! On the 2nd night, we only needed parking for one car. Absolutely no parking was available. We were forced to park in a no parking zone. We didn't know what else to do. For this reason, I would not stay at this...
