「This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place.」

「What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

「Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again」

「We enjoyed our stay at this spotlessly clean property. Communication was excellent and the keyless entry system which was from an app on our phone was perfect. The location of this property was very central in the historic district. The apartment suites are only a year old and thoughtfully designed. 「This apartment is very nice, perfectly located, and better than advertised. We recommend parking in the underground garage across the main road along the coast. It's very close and much easier than looking for on street parking as (like most European cities) the streets are narrow and crowded. The host is very pleasant and responsive. 「L’appartement était très propre, bien organisė, près de tout à quelques pas, dans un secteur tranquille. Pratiquement aucun auto dans la rue. Près de 2 supermarchés, magasins….Accueil de Irina très chaleureux et elle nous explique tout. Le proprio répond très vite aux courriels et est très gentil. Nous y avons passé 19 jours merveilleux. Cadiz est une ville merveilleuse.」
