The environment is good and the hotel view is fantastic but the cleaning service has to be improved, they didn’t clean the washroom in some days and the rubbish is not cleaned up properly. Apart from cleaning service, overall is good!

我是早機到達,大約早上八時多到達酒店。當時櫃面有一位女仕,我靜心等待她完成當時工作後。她用一種不屑的樣子問我需要什麼?我告訴她我是想check in。她便感到奇怪的問我是不是訂了昨晚的房間。其實。。。我把confirm letter給了她看,她還這樣問,是不是在戲弄我?然後我解釋了我因早機所以想早一點check in。她便説替我保留行李,叫我2PM才回來。亦諗如果提早有房會打給我。 因為太攰關係,我差不多十一點回到酒店大堂等待。直到十二點多,我發現為什麼那些本土人可以立刻拿到房間。於是我便問了另個男職員。他說我房間經已預備好但他們試過打給我但沒接通。但我從沒收過電話,而且我只在接待處不到五步距離。亦有和那女職會對望。想不通為什麼她不能告訴我一聲。Anyway~我問職員取回我行李。他說很快便安排送上房,但我在房間等了半小時也沒有等到我的行李。我真的很想取回我的行李然後洗澡瞓覺。於是我打電話到接待處,又是那個女職員。我要求了一個牙刷和我的行李。結果五分鐘後,牙刷送到。再五分鐘後,有人敲門(3下),然後我滿心歡喜立刻去開門。誰不知我還差三步便到門的時候。有一個男人開了我的門,進入了我房間。我真的嚇呆了。如果不是我的行李還未到,那時候的我應該沒有穿衣服。他說他需要檢查mini bar的東西。痴線的,酒店為什麼交房給我後可以自由出入我房?我拒絕了他進來。由於我心真的很不安,我是一個女生住酒店。安全是最重要。我便走回接待處取回我的行李和投訴。但投訴也沒用,我連一句道歉也收不到。 回房間後我只好鎖好房門和把椅子放到門前才睡。那天是星期日,由中午12點到5點多泳池在開party...那Disco music令人無法入睡。 第二天,我八點出門口要求清潔房間。十二點回到酒店還未清潔。然後我再出外到三點。我發現房間執拾好。但。。。為什麼用過的毛巾沒有收走?完全想不通。五點半我到樓下游水,回到房間時發現用過的毛巾收走了。就是説。。。職員又再一次想入就入我的房間。明明我掛了牌不可進入。 我真心覺得環境值五星但服務質素真的3星也不如。我不會再入住這間酒店。太無私隱和不安全。

Nice place but the hallways to the rooms smelt stale and old. The room had mould stains on the roof. And the bedside tables were dusty. The staff under explained things and just assumed it was ok to charge the card used to book the room instead of asking first. For a 5 star hotel i would expect a lot more.

Would like to give this resort a higher rating but I can not! We had an upgraded room in the tower, the toilet wouldn’t stop running and wouldn’t flush properly. So they moved us to a new room in the tower with a non functional air conditioner. So I guess we had to pick our poison, sleep in a noisy room without a toilet or a hot room…
