「I booked this through Expedia for a next day stay for 3 nights by mistake and put a cancellation in within 2 minutes. Expedia said they couldn't get hold of the hotel and it would take 72hrs to reply.. i recived a reply in over 72hrs to tell me that they wouldn't exept and refund my cancellation. 」

「L'évacuation de la baignoire se déverse directement dans la salle de bain. La condensation de la clim coule directement sur le lit. Nous l'avons déplacé et avons retrouvé une très grande flaque d'eau le lendemain matin au milieu de la chambre. Pas de draps de dessus, il y a un manque d'hygiène au regard des couvertures que tous les clients utilisent. Enfin, la porte ferme tout juste, laissant un sentiment d'insécurité.
