Building is this typical concrete, not really well soundproofed, but most of the building is residential with very quiet people living there. I slept perfect for 3 nights. My apartment had a small kitchen, including dishwasher. Decent supermarket 3 minutes walk. Palais de festival 15 minutes. Downtown 10 minutes walk.」
