「The service was excellent, the staff who assist you at the time of your arrival, the one who assisted me speaks Spanish and English, very friendly, helped me plan my stay. I don't remember the name, but thank you, very kind and we loved everything.」

「No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.」

「Great place. Have stayed here before many years ago. Tho much has changed next time I come back to Charlotte this is where we will stay. Thx for everything especially Heather and Connor!」

「A surprise that valet parking was required. Tv didn’t work, a fee for internet use. It seems when you pay premium price, some amenities should be provided. Only half of the elevators was working , the George Strait concert the line stretched outside the lobby to use the elevators. Needless to say I will not use this property again.」
