第二次回来，整体满意。疫情期间，房价适中，酒店的防疫措施还是比较到位，进门量体温，可以看到大厅楼层随时有工作人员在消毒，前台也配备了湿巾口罩，感觉安全有保障，如果电梯改进刷卡就更好了，安全多一分保障

旁边的工地有一晚通宵工作，噪音很大，整晩不能睡觉。強烈建议酒店方面应该与工地方面沟通，如那一天工地有通宵工作，酒店方面应该不要把那面的房间出租与客人！

酒店太舊而且地毯太臟。早餐也沒有太多選擇。酒店在攝氏25度以下是不提供冷氣的，但訂房沒有被告知。這酒店就是位置好，對面就是步行街。

这酒店已经舊了，隔壁厕所的水声很清楚的傳来，空调也不好，没能調低，越睡越热，所以不能睡好

您好，我们酒店的空调都是中央空调，温度都是酒店统一设置的，客人是更改不了的。对于厕所的水声打扰到您了，我们表示非常的抱歉，如果下次您觉得房间比较吵的话，可以用房间电话拨打1给前台，可以让工作人员给您换一个安静一点的房间! 实在是抱歉！

住过的五星酒店里最烂的，没有之一！房间内部设施还不如快捷连锁酒店，水龙头上都是锈，一楼大堂到是像回事，房间里面一股霉味。设施陈旧。除了位置，一无是处。

Old hotel
I checked in during the Chengdu Wine Fair. I didn't realized Crown Plaza is also one of the hotel show venue. So crowd, messing and noisy. Hotel is rather old. Furniture, carpet old as well. But fair price during the wine show. Convenient to look for Chengdu snack, restaurant, etc.

Old hotel without maintenance
very old hotel without any maintenance. Shower didn't function well, carpet not clean, telephone on the desk couldn't ring, only the one in toilet will ring. The fabric of the sofa was worn and torn. it's not 5 stars hotel level.

Suggestions for improvement
The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly. However, thee needs to have some improvement to the fittings. The TV's image is very much distorted. The washing basin has water leaked out. The carpet is somewhat dirty. However, if you are minded to have a five star hotel in the vicinity of shopping area, this is probably the most valuable choice.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, and I appreciated being able to request a non-smoking area. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The breakfast offered a delicious array of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center to anyone visiting Chengdu, as it combines top-notch service, a prime location, and a delightful dining experience.

Fantastic location and lovely hotel - super comfy and spacious, and also very quiet for a good nights sleep. Close to the Chunxi road area where there are many shopping and dining options, and also a metro station, but it’s also easy to walk from here to different places around the city. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection also good.

My room was upgraded for free. It was kept at a very cool, comfortable temperature for summer. The bed was of perfect balance between firm and soft. The room was quiet - must be well insulated. Breakfast was great. Service was friendly and efficient.
