Poor location which next to schools
Everything in the hotel and service are excellent. Only one thing affect the overall performance is the hotel located next to the schools, in which the announcement and kids from the school make very noise during the week day, especially in the morning time from 6-8am. It made us cannot sleep well in the early morning.

清潔人員沒有盡心維護房間內的清潔
飯店的對面就是柴迪隆寺，飯店地點非常好。而且周日夜市就在出門口(可以盡情享受逛街的樂趣)，按摩店也都在附近！還沒入住前以為是非常新的旅館(可能是保養、打掃的不是很好)地板有幾片都鬆動了。我住2樓的牆壁、浴室都有小螞蟻成群結伴而行；每天的地板都沒掃乾凈。因為我比較注重清潔！所以不會再入住這個飯店了！

酒店不诚实
这家酒店太不诚实了，在两个网站各订了1晚，豪华房和高级房各一晚，入住的时候酒店还特别强调了我订的是不同的房型，需要换房间。要不就补差价，我表示不补。前一晚订的是豪华房，房间特点写的很清楚，可以看见花园带阳台的，但是进了房间觉得不对，对比了几个网站图片之后，到前台询问原因，前台问原因，前台的人员用泰语对话了几句，竟然还解释说这就是豪华房，我坚持把各网站的图片拿出来对比，他们才说那给你换一间，最后是换了，但是这种欺客的行为实在不是一个5星酒店的品质。

酒店位於古城內，周日夜市就在門口，非常方便。酒店內裝潢甚具泰國風情，從由前台走進內園，沿著進房間的路上有音樂播放，看見泳池及荷花池，四周環境給人好悠閒的感覺，正是旅行渡假需要的配套。房間大小合適，一進門香味令人放鬆，房間外正向著荷花池，景色優美。各員工面帶笑容，特別一讚門外的保安員叔叔，幫忙與的士司機溝通，使我們很快能上車。總括來說，此次在chala number 6 的體驗非常好，有機會會再來入住。

Nice and cozy hotel... WiFi.. .pending to be impro
unstable WiFi. Although the staff have been trying their best to help, for a 4 star to 5 star hotel, it is totally unacceptable. The location of the hotel is nice, a convenient store is just around the corner. Some restaurants and message places are available nearby, cozy area. The breakfast is nice, some regular cold dishes and the warm dish is served as a la carte with a few choices offered, including Thai style dish. The swimming pool is small, it is located on the ground floor, that provide a nice view from the rooms. The bed of the room is nice, we get nice sleep during the stay. Both bath and shower are available in our room. Room is neat and tidy with a small balcony that we can stay outside. The area is convenient and it is just opposite to a temple in the old city. It is around 15 to 20 mins from the airport. But just be aware of the traffic jam during the peak time.

The most incredible hotel, perfectly located in old town. Across the street from a temple & an easy walk to anything you want to see here. The breakfast is great. The tea time from 2p-4p is an incredible touch & really sets them apart from any other hotel. I’m a solo female traveler and felt incredibly safe and taken care of while I was here. It was the perfect peaceful place to call home.

We stayed at Chala 6 at beginning and end of trip to Chaing Mai - lovely hotel in a great location - lots of restaurants nearby - temples across the street - comfortable rooms and beds - tons of free snacks and drinks- and bathroom amenities - great spot Staff very accommodating and efficient - and pleasant -good English skills - I had an accident with a motorcycle and broke some ribs - they arranged a taxi to Ram Hospital which itself is the best hospital I have ever used - complete trip took an hour for doctor consults and X-rays - Thailand should be training the west for how to run a medical facility We would definitely stay here again - one side of the hotel backs against a school and we loved the sounds of little children in the morning - but others may have been disturbed. We rented the junior suite first time (quiet) and just a delux with balcony on second stay - had a good massage in attached spa - but there are many nearby on street - Great staff
