Quite good
The hotel is unique and pretty. The room is quite good. But the service cannot meet up my expectation. The location is in the centre of Old City so it is very convenient to go many tourist spots.

地點方便夜市及食早餐多選擇,冷氣夠早上水力比較平均,晚上熱水有時不夠,泳池沒有打理地板鬆脫要小心,水只能浸半身,執房勤力乾淨連自制垃圾袋都每天幫我們清理,WIFI晚上好差接收唔到,大堂四眼電車男員工十問九唔知,成座化石一樣,CALL的士&報一日團&訂spa&寄存行李&取回寄存行李全程只望電腦,問咩都叫自己打電話約,酒店雖然舒適但lobby店員太差令酒店形象超差,不會再入住

酒店潔淨，有泳池，地理位置方便，因我們凌晨就要CHECK-OUT，酒店職員都能幫我們預約TAXI(只是比較貴)。但有一位常皺眉的職員不太幫手，我們來第一天的時候，的士司機沒零錢找給我們，司機向皺眉的職員求助，職員看都沒看酒店有沒有零錢就拒絕了司機的要求，累我們白白沒了40THB。房間完全沒有隔音，走廊上有人行走或是說一句話都聽得很清楚，連隔壁房間說話聲也聽到，早上清潔的職員很早就大大聲在說話，很早就被吵醒。

覺得一般般, 但地點方便..... 酒店職員態度一般, 去機場時在酒店叫車, 原本和職員說明8大3細, 他說好2架車各300珠一架, 但走時來了3架車, 最後只好用2架細車載11人走, 我覺得酒店按排好有問題, 如果出面其他車行300珠一格價錢應該是2兩架10人座大車的格價.....

Good location
The location is good ,only 30mins ride and 160buht taxi fare from the airport. It is very near the massage street you can pick any massage service just around the corner. On sunday the street will turn into night market which is very convenient! The restuarant nearby is able to privide meat soup noodle with no spicy and salt which is good for asian flavor. Except that the security of the hotel is a bit low , door locker is old and anybody can take the lift to the hotel floor

床很大，很舒適，但房間內有蚊，wifi及空調給力，但浴室水壓有點少，整體是很不錯的

位置好，硬件比较老
房间比图片给人的感觉要小差不多二分之一，泳池很小只能在里面泡泡水，虽然在一条比较隐蔽的小路上，但是所处的区域还不错，主路四通八达，靠近寺庙，周围按摩店和餐厅也很集中，离夜市比较远，不开车的话，坐双条车是最好的选择。前台不常有人在，电梯只能塞下两个人和一个箱子，房间天花板有一只壁虎，虽然装修和家具比较老旧但是够用了，床的舒适度还可以，晚上员工看到我坐在楼下门口的椅子上休息，就把电风扇搬到我跟前打开，很贴心。

酒店就在周日步行街主街的中间位置，不错 方便 酒店小巷门口就有监狱马杀鸡 晚上逛累了回去之前还可以做个马杀鸡 酒店要下午2点半才能入住，有点死板。

it is in the middle of the old town and it is close to tenples. a lot of restaurants nearby and the sunday walking street is just next to the hotel. it is near a school so it may be a bit noisy in the morning but relatively quiet at night.

Stayed in a family suite. It was great for our needs and easily accessible to all the amenities in the area. The Sunday night market was right outside and an easy walk to Chinatown. The staff was amazing.

A great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai
This is a great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai, just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Wat Chedi Luang Temple complex. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is very quiet at night and yet there are lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The swimming pool was great, our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the walls were very thin and we could hear every noise from the outside (during our stay the hotel was besieged by a group of rude tourists who made noise all night long and none of the staff ever said or did anything). The breakfast was a “fake” breakfast: only coffee and bread with marmelade, a couple of fruits and eggs were available for us.

Good location, a little out dated but it’s a solid little hotels staff very friendly and helpful. No breakfast but lots of local food right out side. Hotel an property it’s self is neat and tidy. It’s right in the middle on the walking street market so be prepared for a very busy Sunday but that’s the highlight of the day.

The location is AMAZING and perfect to walk anywhere around town. Estia Chiang Mai Boutique Hotel was so lovely and our room was very unique, clean, and had comfortable amenities. Highly recommend!!!

Good place to stay
This hotel is comfortable and centrally located. The beds are soft. It was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was minimal but adequate of toast and cereal and of course coffee or tea.

Hotel location was excellent right in the center of old city and everything was walking distance. They had free water bottles at the front desk for us at all times. Room was comfortable and clean. We were also able to book our taxi to the airport with the hotel which was convenient. Overall would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly and convenient experience!

convenience over quality
Pleasant staff, great location for the weekend markets. Surprising offer of driver (one of the concierges) to the airport at a small cost, less than getting a taxi. Breakfast service was non existent. f We had booked a twin suite on wotif but when we arrived at 10pm we were given a single queen room. Upon complaining they gave us a foldout bed which had no linen. Sharing the bed was not an option for us due to one having the flu and the other not wanting to catch it. The night staff were unable to locate extra linen for the foldout cot. The next morning they were able to accommodate us in the room we had booked as we stood over them at reception as other guests were checked out and asked for their room. This issue with room booking seems to be a known issue for them. The amenities around the pool were disappointing as all the seats and tables were dirty from being outdoors and unattended. Worse was the decking around the pool, One of the boards broke as I was leaving the pool and I fell through the decking, thankfully not hurting myself seriously but when I reported it to staff there was little reaction other than offering me some tylenol and putting a chair over the broken chipboard. I saw no evidence of anything had been done about fixing it before the end of my stay.
