No extra locking mechanism on the door for safety. Bathroom was a bit outdated and slightly dirty. Not a lot of top comforter on the bed or extra pillows. Rooms could use some fresh paint. We had a non smoking room which was fine, however the hallway smelled of deep cigarette smoking (maybe could use some air fresheners or neutralizers mounted in the hallway?)

It's okay for the price and you get what you paid for. Our bathroom had black mold all on the ceiling and the room wasn't clean like it should have been. Staff at night is much friendly than the staff in the morning. It was 10:55 and a Indian man knocks on our door saying that we had to check out and I let him know that it wasn't even 11 yet and me and my husband where literally in the process of gathering our things , I found that to be very rude. They shouldn't even advertise breakfast because all they offer is one small cup of coffee and a pack of old muffins to one person. The white lady at the desk stares you down to ensure you only take one. Overall if you're low on money it's a good place to stay but don't expect it to be top teir.

I did my check out early in the morning around 4:30 am, the guy in the counter did not pay attention to nothing that I said. He did not do nothing in the computer just asked for the room number and he continue watching TV. I asked about $100 deposit that they took from my credit card and he said not worry about that. realy bad customer service.

The property smelled like cigarettes the room was very dirty. We checked in & checked back out less than 5 minutes. The hotel did not look like any of the photos on line. I have requested a refund for the trip & still have not received. Men were hanging around outside. The outside of the property was dark. I did not feel safe staying there with my family.

Wouldn’t Book Again
The check-in process was fairly quick nd easy, and check out as well. While checking in there was what looked like a prostitute passed out in the corner of the lobby. She was sitting out on the concrete in front of the lobby a couple hours later when we left for dinner. The sheets, blankets and pillow cases all had little brown stains all over them, the phone didn't work to call down and ask for new ones, so we just dealt with it. The bathtub plug didnt work, we had to shove a washcloth in the drain to give daughter a bath. The tub also had some black scub in the bottom that required me to scrub it before hand. The air conditioning/heating unit was unplugged when we got there and it took 15 min to figure out that the outlet for it was up underneath it on the floor; again no phone to call down and ask, and we were clear in the back and in a hurry to get dinner before our event. This was a last minute pick for us bethe hotel room we originally booked elsewhere gave our room to a large party. So not our first choice, but definitely not somewhere we will choose in the future.

Worse experience ever
First they put me in an occupied room. Then after I specified I wanted a smoking room they gave me a non-smoking room. The whole condition of the motel was horrible. Carpet on the stairs was raggedy and nasty. Hall way was dirty. There was no comfy chair or chairs in the room. After I found no ash trays I was not going to go and get yet another room. No paper towel holder in the bathroom. The roll or rolls of toilet paper were put on the tank. The internal lock was ripped off the door, so if we wanted to maintain privacy we could not, and did not feel safe. You need to take that you offer breakfast. Serving only coffee and tea and samples of coffee cakes is not my idea of breakfast. How about offering juice and something a bit more substantial for breakfast.. I will not be selecting another Wyndham property again.

You get what you pay for; I get it. I had no high expectations but seems like some quality maintenance would go a long way. For example, there was no stopper for the tub and the walls were scuffed and bruised. The refrigerator and microwave were in decent condition and clean so the head boards could've received some attention as well. I'm not sure if there were designated areas for smoking but ut seemed like someone was outside my window smoking all night..ugh!
