The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. 「We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.」

「Stayed overnight for a concert in Sunderland, hotel was full for the night so busy but all the staff were very friendly. Didn't use many of the facilities but it was a lovely comfortable bed in a room that while reflected the age of the building was very clean with a great shower for the morning.
