「Other than still being under renovation, it was quite nice. Often hotels that allow dogs are not so nice, and this was. In August the renovations will be complete, and will likely be even better. 」

「Property was nice great spot! Restaurant not much of a selection for food and what they had not great. Hall way carpet was a mess needs replaced and attention to detail in a lot of areas was lacking paint all over ceiling tiles on tile very messy had to adjust ceiling tiles in shower could see up in to utility area cleaner came to clean room I asked them to come back in a 1/2 hr. They agreed never came back. Just things you wouldn’t expect from a higher end resort! 」

「Stayed here one night for a concert. Perfectly acceptable property. Seems new or recently renovated. Liked that we could bring our dogs. Clean. Friendly staff. Average breakfast but, that wasn’t the reason we stayed here. About a mile or so from downtown. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 」

「From the reviews I read and the photos I saw I thought this hotel was going to be very good. I was wrong; it is utterly excellent. It is beyond wonderful; I cannot detail everything so instead I will give you one small example: They give you a vinyl turntable and 5 fabulously cool retro albums. If that’s not your idea of cool whilst looking out to sea then my advice is go somewhere else. This place is fabulous 」

Rooms are big and well equipped Breakfast is great, a good continental/american selection Great location - one block back from Main Street which was easily accessible and a great base for exploring Cape Cod. Ferry port is an easy 12-15 minute walk Excellent value for money」

「this is a beautiful boutique guest house/hotel. One block back from the seafront, some rooms have sea views, the accommodation is meticulously and spotlessly kept clean. Everything is in beautiful order. The host, Walt, with his dry sense of humour, welcomes the guest and makes people feel welcome. There is a nice kitchen area where you can help yourself to drinks and the pool is clean and well maintained. There’s a lovely ground floor balcony to relax on. our room was beautiful with sea...

「I was greeted by the nicest gentlemen with the warmest personality and the friendliest nature...he was kind on entry and exit. He was professional, quick, and handled me with care...sorry his name escapes me. My room was amazing...clearly newly renovated. It was clean...bed comfy...quiet and i appreciated my stay. I was there in June which is a great time to visit the Cape cause its les busy...but i totally enjoyed my stay.」
