「On the second night of check-in, we found that there was no water in the toilet and bathroom, making it impossible to take a shower or flush the toilet. This surprised us very much.」

「My visit to Dana Point was a belate birthday trip for myself to spend time with my daughter & grandson from San Diego. I picked the Best Western Marina Shores Hotel because it is located along a beautiful stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway. The staff was friendly & helpful, addressing all of my questions & concerns. Our hotel room was a spacious suite with a wonderful balcony offering a spacious view towards the south coast & a perfect sunset. There was a vast variety of wonderful restaurants...

「整個飯店稍微舊一點，雙床房間很小，廁所門把還裝反了。房間燈太少太暗，連書桌都沒有檯燈。這次被安排在靠近緊急逃生門的旁邊，其他客人進出時關門聲音太吵。房門旁邊常常被放置大型垃圾車。」

「酒店的地理位置非常好，离海滩五分钟步行，在房间里可以看到蓝色的大海。楼下很多餐厅和商店，对于我们这样没有开车的旅行者来说，非常便利。房间干净舒适，早餐简单但是味道不错。员工都很热情。特别要感谢Andrea。在我们离开酒店去L.A时，遇到了一些困难，美丽又善良的Andrea给予了我们很大的帮助，使我们的旅行充满了温馨，在此再一次表示感谢！并把最美好的祝福送给Andrea！」

「The view was from the room was absolutely amazing and you are walking distance to all the cool restaurants and shops. That made it all worth it. We had a great time. That said, the air conditioning and wi-fi don't work, they know they don't work, and they don't seem to care that they don't work. Luckily, neither really affected the trip for us too much, but you should be aware. But with the poor cell coverage, best this be an unplugged trip. 」

「We enjoyed our visit. The place was nice and cozy. The location was in a gated community and convenient to all that the area had to offer. The online photos showed a gas fireplace (in use). We were unable to utilize that amenity. We were disappointed to say the least. Reason: We were told by the host that it was a safety hazard. Cleanliness on a scale of one to ten. 6 1/2. The beds were comfortable and most all the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing. It checked most all the boxes....
