Er konnte uns, damit wir uns in der Gegend zügig zurecht finden, tolle Tipps geben, worauf wir achten sollen. Die Gemeinschaftsküche, die von allen Gästen genutzt werden darf, wurde von ihm täglich kontrolliert und ebenso der Müll geleert. Wir empfehlen die Pension Nataliya definitiv weiter. 「If you like to stay in a cozy & quite place. This is absolute a good choice. After one hundred step stairways up to the top with my luggage, I thought 'OMG', I have to go up & down in next 3 days! But when I stepped into the front gate, go through the pathway to my room. The entire environment attract me so much, green & space everywhere. Room is clean & tidy, fully kitchen wares, toilet heat rack. I couldn't see anything is missing. If I come back to Brno, sure I'll pick this up again. 」

「Lovely apartment, very well positioned in the centre of Prague. My only gripe really is the aircon was so poor, didnt matter how low you turned it it felt like it was blowing warm air, couldnt open the windows as too noisy outside which would have been fine if aircon worked as hardly heard anything with windows shut, despite being in the centre of things. Only other slight thing, for how much this place cost I thought house keeping would have made our bed daily, which wasnt a big deal just...

「The apartment is comfortable and staff is helpful. Maybe, there is some misunderstanding, there is no washing machine in the apartment, which caused some inconvenience for staying for 4 nights in Prague.」

「Alles wunderbar. Auf Sauberkeit könnte ein klein wenig mehr geachtet werden. Auch sind hier und da kleine Reparaturen notwendig. Ansonsten war alles bestens, in der Ferienwohnung findet man alles was man benötigt. Super mit Kindern. 」
