「Great view. excellent service. Very courteous staff. However this is an older property under renovation. I did not know about renovations until at the property. Many features did not work. No swimming pool (outdoor) despite being advertised on Expedia and all sites. Room safe did not work and was not bolted Room heating did not work since there was leakage from balcony door There was no lobby to walk, mingle since everything was under construction 」

Overall, my experience to say was nice, facility is more than average, the location of the hotel was excellent, alittle far from the airport but the scenic route to the place was good 30-40 min drive fom airport easy access to popular attractions, good dining options. 「It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer.」
