「The host were able to answers all questions that we had. The property location is beautiful. Few suggestions: bathroom shower curtains need fixing. Kids found dead bugs in bedroom. The microwave had a stain and needs cleaning. The owner should do a full pest control. Loud walking noises were noticed due to apt being on the ground floor.. Please clean the deck area.. so renters can enjoy sitting in the patio. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!」

「Lovely and peaceful accommodations. Stayed here nearly 7 years ago, and our group wanted an encore visit. It didn't disappoint then, and definitely didn't now. Comfortable, well-appointed and supplied and very clean. Close to all the wineries and restaurants we went to, but didn't feel like an urban setting at all. The fabulous bottle of Argyle bubbly that greeted our arrival was a particularly nice touch.」

「We were staying in Philomath for a family reunion and we found this property perfect for that. It was amazing to have something to come home to where our kids could rest, but also easily accessible to swing by and grab things throughout the day The host was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely fashion with an issue we had. Property was very quiet. Really loved the walkability to things in town (pizza, breakfast, coffee). We would recommend this as a place to stay for families...

「This cozy little house was very comfortable. Nicely furnished and very clean. The AC worked perfectly. The shower is a little snug, but it had great water pressure. The outside was great. There is a little road noise while outside, but not bad. The inside is very quiet. We watered our dog with bottled water because the tap water seemed salty (I'm assuming from a water softener). The neighbors are very quiet. The black berries were ripe, so that was a bonus. Just a few minutes away from grocery...
