「Awesome place to stay . All the accommodations anyone could ask for . The property owner very attentive to our needs as far as the check in and check out times . Kristina checked in a few time made sure things were ok and if we needed anything. She also gave us information on stores and restaurants in the area . 「Had everything we needed for an extended weekend of riding the HM trails. Very clean, comfortable and quiet but not far to Buffalo Mountain trail access and gas station. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit each evening. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We’ve stayed many places in the HM system over the last several years and this house is one of the nicest we’ve seen. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you for allowing us to stay!」

「We were in town for the historic Hatfield and McCoy tour. I was thrilled to find this home not too far from the final stop on the tour. Without any knowledge of the area, this truly was a great find! This home is adorable, clean, and in an easily accessible location. I highly recommend this property!」

「It was a great place to stay nice and clean cottage everything you needed , located in a private area. The owner of the cottage had checked on us occasionally to see if we needed anything and said if we didn't have what we needed just let him know he would make sure we had it. They were very nice people. We even got to meet his family. We enjoyed a few nice evenings sitting by a fire, listening to music and cooking out on a grill that was provided with the rental property also had an on-site...

「The owners were super! Plenty of parking and COVERED parking for your UTV. They had our trail passes ready for us and anything else we needed.(ice,bottled water)Our dog Copper was very comfortable here and loved the dog visits from William and Jennifers dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. It was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for trail riding Bearwallow and Rockhouse. Washer & Dryer made my weekend..I like going home with my clothes already washed!」

「We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. 「Parking will hold 4 trucks with trailers and this includes on street parking and the gravel parking area. We had to park a car on the trailer so we had room for the side by sides to park in the gravel area. There is no privacy other than bathrooms. The house otherwise was clean and held 10 guests. There are alot of run down or abandoned properties right around the area. There was alot of late night traffic.」
