Hotel taxi rate was too expensive.Shower had problems. Water pressure was low. Water was not hot enough even after repaired by technician. Room rate was OK for over all service.

To my surprise I was questioned on the reservation validity during check-in. I am sure until now who I should blame, the Hotel or Grand New Delhi? And I got a very bad room with window view of hotel's wall, poor shower head and bad pillows.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a wonderful time and stay at this property.

Original impression when walking in is really good. It only gets worse from there.
Majority of the staff doesn't care about the customer.
Our room smelled foul and so they changed our room which was marginally better but was even less clean. They said they would shift our luggage but eventually we had to get it ourselves.
Dinner tasted terrible and the stop serving you as soon as the time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner time is up. They would not tell customers the kitchen is closed and then just ignore you.
If your looking for a 3 star hotel with a 1 star customer service experience, then this would be the place for you.
