「We had a most enjoyable stay in The Puffling . Really appreciated the bottle of wine , crisps and chocolate on arrival .. what more do you need ! The flat could not have been more dog friendly from a dog bed to food bowls and even towels. Magnus felt right at home and so did we from the minute we stepped through the door.」

「The house was small, but I knew it would be. The only place that felt cramped was the shower, and I managed it. The pull-out bed was quite comfortable. I didn't need Carol for anything, but if I had I'm confident she would have been immediately responsive.」

「the cottage was very cold on arrival, we were unable to get the heating to work due to a fault, we contacted the number supplied, a plumber came in 30 minutes problem solved. The front door which is a the side, it is very difficult to open and close we got it eventually but does need some adjustment. Everything else was lovely would not stop us from staying again. Than you.」

「Carefully planned and decorated. Well equipped had we wanted to cook, but we eat out. We were lucky with the weather and walked the St Monans to Crail and Lower Largo to Elie sections of the coastal path, taking advantage of the 915 bus. We visited St Andrews ( university and golf boring, but town interesting), Kelly’s castle and Falkland Palace. Craig Millard restaurant in St Monans excellent.」

「We have been coming to this area once or twice a year for 23 years. My son and his family, live in the area. We are from the United States. We prefer the self catering rather than the bed and breakfast type places because we are jet lagged and tend to sleep in. We also don’t eat a large breakfast. So this type of stay allows us to not bother our family and we have all the comforts of home. It also serves as a home base so we can have day trips and have a place to come back to and rest. 「Cosy and homely cottage with a lot of character. Plenty of space for a large family. Everything was lovely and Pittenweem is a very pretty harbour town.」

「A notebook was provided with every detail about the property imaginable, along with appliance manuals. Property was spacious and comfortable! Just remember to hold the handle up on the exterior door while engaging the deadbolt! Wonderful location to Cellardyke and a quick walk to Anstruther. Would’ve liked to had more time to walk the Coastal Path.」
