「We came into town to see a show at Charles Town Casino. The location was perfect! We loved the view of the river. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed a great dinner at Mi Dellagado and an excellent breakfast at the Mountain View Diner. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.」

「Cons: Not motorcycle friendly. I would be very cautious with a normal sized car also as the gravel road leading to the property was long and uneven. Torn up livingroom chair on the back porch was odd. Livingroom furniture looked like old second hand furniture. Seemed like they bought one of the cheapest models of hot tub. It did the job though. 「Enjoyed a weekend away in Davis, WV. Was a ladies getaway to get out and hike and see some waterfalls and we did! The condo at Beaver Ridge was in the perfect location to all the spots to explore. Easily accessible and enjoyed the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen held all we needed. And the porch was lovely in the mornings as we drank our coffee. We loved the selection of books and puzzles for the evening hours.」

「We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub. 「The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive.
