「We’ve stayed at Gleesons a couple times and are always pleased. It’s both comfortable and updated. The rooms are homey and the facility is charming. The restaurant is new and modern. The outdoor seating with heated benches and fully umbrellaed for those damp days. The room was cute and had all we need. Storing our luggage while we walked the town after checkout was so appreciated. 」

「Charlotte and Sean provided us with a great start to our trip to visit family throughout the West of Ireland. They were very welcoming and their B&B was a perfect location just outside of Carrick town center. Our room was warm and cozy. We also really enjoyed our breakfast each morning. 「The gate house we were put in is nothing like the main house rooms which are advertised. It was freezing cold, run down, beds worn out, mold in showers, 1 shower leaked all over the floor, no included breakfast, narrow spiral staircase to upstairs bedrooms. Definitely not a 4 star property. Very disappointed. 」
