The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were absolutely wonderful. I would definitely come back to stay there next time I’m in town.

AC wasn’t working and when I booked the hotel it’s with continental breakfast but they staff on the reception said that there was no breakfast fast so I have to pay but at the end of my stay I ask them and they told me I didn’t book also there was no breakfast including online booking too after along conversation they told me my booking show breakfast

DO NOT stay here. Property was very dirty. Most amenities were not working. You have to wait 10 minutes for hot water, then it runs out. Kitchen was very dirty with fruit flies everywhere. Dirt in corners everywhere. I was so disgusted I left after one night of my four night stay. Manager was very rude and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Firstly the property is super old . Beds in that hotel are horrible and very uncomfortable . Hardly any staff speaks English . Shower was broken which had to get replaced so had to wait 1 day of the stay without shower in UAE humid weather and bathroom are so tiny have to squeeze myself to get inside .

Horrible in every way shape and form
We arrived at the property around 2am. No one was at the hotel front desk. We had to call out loud for someone to come to the front desk. After that, we went through the checkin process. There was no one there to assist with our luggage.
Once we arrived to our room, the lights were not working and everything was extremely old and unsanitary. We went to the lobby to inform them. They then looked at us like we were stupid and said that we need to put the room keycard in the slot for the light to work. At this point we had it and informed them that we will not be staying. We asked for a refund and they refused to oblige. Horrible in every way shape and form.
