Comfortable & convenient location. Lighting at room is good too. But the only thing I need to complain is why they put a bathtub at room? That's too small for an adult to take a bath. I prefer to have a shower instead.

Due to flight changes my stay was reduced by 1 day. Hotel refusing to credit 1 day of stay although Expedia called & emailed several tmes informing regarding the changes. Same thing hapoended to another colleague.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, unglaublich sauber mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Ein schöner Pool und diverse Restaurants einschliesslich eines Pubs. Negativ bewerte ich, es gibt Raucherzimmer und dieser Geruch zieht durch die Klimaanlage auch in die Nichtraucherzimmer, das ist nicht so schön. Und zum Frühstück könnte es echt mehr Obst geben. Ich war sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Business trip. I have stayed many times before Covid and like the hotel. My only feedback, the hotel needs to be more flexible and offer late check outs. Many flights in Dubai depart late in the evenings. This would be very customer focused approach.

Good hotel. Stay in the sectionaway from nightclub
I stayed at this hotel because of its location which is close to my Busineee meetings. I was checked in by Kamal at the front desk . Kamal was very professional ,friendly and offered me a room upgrade . Everything was okay , until I. And back to the hotel after the midnight and noticed that the loud music from the night club in the ground floor was way too noisy and I will not be able to sleep. I called the front desk and the agent apologized and said he will go and talk to the club management to reduce the music volume , but the music was on until 3:00 am and I couldn’t sleep that night until 4:15 am . I like this hotel and would probably stay there again, but definitely I will request to stay in the other side of the hotel away from the night club noise. Again a special thank you to Kamal from the front desk for his exceptional customer care service .

Everything was really great and i felt so comfortable. But the Metro was a little bit far away and i always woke up because of the car noises. i felt like the cars are driving next to me. it was very loud in my room. although i enjoyed my time in metropolitan hotel.

I was really pleased with the Hotel and its location. I was especially impressed with the service of the staff on the front desk who were very friendly and helpful. Esther went out of her way to see we had a lovely room and the extra bed we required. Yuki and Gerald were also very helpful. All in all we had a great stay!
