The only thing keeping this Hotel up and running is the employees. Every single employee was helpful, smiling, polite, and extremely professional. Special thanks to Douglas who solved my room issue promptly and with a smile. Thank you to Hany from the Irish pub who was so welcoming and recommended some amazing cocktails and tried everything to make me feel good since I was traveling alone. The location is amazing with 5 minutes walk to two different metro stations The pool has an amazing view of the museum of the future Now, this hotel is very very old. No phone charger or outlet by the bed side. Breakfast is like a wild Zoo and the same options every day tailored more towards Indian dishes but the breakfast employee are amazing and always attending to all guests even though it was extremely crowded This is a conference hotel so the lobby is always busy and crowded I don’t want to say for sure , but I got bites all over my body while staying there and it looks like bed bugs bites

Pleasant hotel, reasonably central. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but a little basic. Shower was in a bath and a bit weak. No electrical outlets on the bedside tables for convenient overnight charging.

"Hotel itself is very old and the rooms were extremely outdated. I had to lay a towel over the sofa just to sit on it as I started getting itchy. Staff at the front desk also took a long time (over 1.5 hours) to get our room sorted when we were checking in. They simply told us to wait one said and we saw so many other guests get served while we waited at the corner. I even approcahed 3 different staff to ask for an update and all they could say was ""it'll be ready soon"" with no further information. Hotel was fairly convenient as it was a short walk to the metro, opposite Museum of the future and had a few food places nearby as well. But the service is pretty poor and I wouldn't recommend this hotel, unless you like waiting hours for mediocre service."

The hotel was advised as being 5 Star but didn’t feel or look it, at best it is 4 Star. The staff were brilliant and were helpful with any queries raised. I would recommend the hotel for location alone as it was central to what we planned to do in Dubai with short taxi rides to what we wanted to do. One bug bear for me that stuck in my head was the quality of the bathroom towels, past their sell by date. The breakfast was the same every day with no variation. Overall a good experience but not exceptional.

Hanno cancellato la prenotazione, addebitato la prima notte e adesso negano l'addebito e non vogliono restituirmi quanto prelevato. i stayed suite room, i could see the musuem of future in my window every day. even i could see that at bathroom as well. the price is reasonable. it is not far from exhibition hall. i will stay here every year.
