「Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!」

「THE SPACE: My wife and I (and our 2 large dogs) were visiting family in Durham for the holidays and we couldn't be happier with this space. The inside of the property is a lot bigger than we expected and the beds were comfortable. Everything was thoroughly cleaned. 「Came to work a music festival in the area. Check in was easy, clerk was super nice and explained all the rules well. Office closes at night but we didn't need anything after check in. Room was very clean! We got a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out. Everyone was comfortable. Even had two bathrooms! Kitchen was nice and had basic necessities. No unwanted outside noise or people lingering around. Would def stay here again」

「This house is in a great location for visiting Duke & downtown Durham, with off street parking and everything a visitor needs. Friesh was very responsive & helpful, and provided all that we needed for our stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, extra toiletries and paper products. 「The house is a very nice house with an open, modern design. It is spacious enough to accommodate large groups of people (we had 6 adults and 2 babies there during the day with no issues). The driveway into the garage is at a weird angle and may be difficult for some especially if trying to back in.
