「Went to use pool and hot tub, several teenagers in hot tub and other children jumping in pool with no respect to others, no adult around. Hot tub not cleaned in a while. No towels!! Went to breakfast at 6:55, it was dark in area, walked back to room to check breakfast time. Return to area to eat breakfast because site states 6 am. Staff enter area a rudely stated breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. No microwave in room, floor under air conditioning soaked.」

「The staff and service at this Residence Inn could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very impressive! My main complaint was that the hide-a-bed was terribly uncomfortable. Probably the worse sofa bed I've ever slept on. Also please provide a complete sheet set rather than just a fitted sheet. But, if you don't need to make use of the extra bed, it is a very pleasant stay. 」

「Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend.」
