「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「Lovely hotel in a great location, fantastic bar and pool. Bathrooms were quite dated and could use some improvements, our shower was tiny and leaky, but would definitely stay again.」

「Ellerman house is a very special place. The location is spectacular, their art collection the clear result of a lifelong passion, the food is excellent, and the service impeccable without being overbearing or pretentious. I suspect there are few if any better places for sundowners than their terrace.」

「Smallish rooms but well designed and had everything we needed. Only issue was that hot water was sometimes difficult to get in the shower but it was warm enough to use, just not optimal.」

「The place is just too noisy, do not stay here if you want to get any sleep. When doors close it vibrates through the whole building plus the noise of people drunk leaving the bar and running through the corridors and stairs is too much.」

「Stayed 4 nights. Rooms are pretty good size. Everything was clean and looked new. Bathroom was opened to the bedroom so it was a little inconvenient for my husband who woke up1.5 hours before me. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Made a dinner reservation for us on the first night. Although there’s no restaurant at the hotel, Lily’s next door was open for breakfast at 7:30.
