「What a relaxing getaway for us who are busy raising three kids- 21,17 and 14. It’s been well over a decade since we did anything as husband and wife, without the kids. We grew up in Port Washington and savored being on Lake Michigan on two beautiful Spring Days. We took lots of walks and ate take out on the patio. With such views who needs a restaurant?? 「My wife and I along with my parents had a nice weekend getaway. Very quiet and relaxing. Used the grill to grill burgers and kitchen for morning breakfast. Bring your own KCups for coffee. Really nice getaway. Everything went really smooth. And if you like to eat out lots in the area. We ate at Majerle's Black River Grill and enjoyed it.」

「We had a great time - this rental totally met our needs. I do have a couple of suggestions... I'd recommend getting a full size shower curtain even though the shower is a smaller size... it is just not wide enough to close to keep the water in the shower while you are in there. We ended up buying garbage bags because we couldn't find them (in basement) and we didn't have wash cloths or kitchen towels. We got creative there too. Depending on the weather, you can get beautiful bright blue calm water to raging waves crashing on the shoreline frontage.
