「This was our second time staying here and we highly recommend! Host has thought of everything to help guests have an enjoyable time with high quality mattresses, sheets, towels, kitchen equipment, furniture, entertainment, etc. Even the adults could enjoy the zip line! Loved time with family outside in the mornings/evenings with everyone as the outdoor property is also beautiful and peaceful just like the inside.」

「Spent three nights in this lovely home. There were eight of us and plenty of room to spread out. Had an evening fire one night and enjoyed the side porch immensely. 「The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!」

「A comfortable place for my women's weekend away. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen equipment was sparse - we needed to supply cutting boards and a toaster. The oven broke the first night of our stay, but the host communicated quickly with us to try to find a solution. 「I first found this property in 2020, but had to cancel plans due to that year's events ... So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. 「We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. 「Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!」
