「Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.」

「The Lakeview Lodge was just what we needed for a weekend birthday celebration with a large family group. We needed the large number of bedrooms, and having adequate space on both the main level and lower level was important, since we had cool weather and much of our time was spent indoors. I stayed with a group of 15 for my friend's Bachelorette celebration and this house had enough beds, bathrooms, and amenities to make the weekend spectacular. 「The house is huge to accommodate ten of us, yet there was a feeling of coziness in the large space. Communication was very quick and the host accommodated our requests to the extent possible. 「We only had three of us staying here for UofR's graduation weekend, so we had lots of extra space. It's in a great location for UofR and college town. Graduation fell on the Lilac Festival weekend, which is basically across the street. We did hit a little traffic because of that, but it was so easy to stop in and see the festivities. The house was very comfortable, and two full baths is a big plus. As others have said, it's fairly basic, but we had all the towels and other supplies we needed....
