「The house was clean. All appliances in good working order. Check in was easy. Owner easy to communicate with. She even checked in with me to make sure I got home okay. She was great to work with. Will stay there again, if I am in the New River Gorge are. Located close to attractions and out door events.」

「The home was very close to rafting, atv, bridge walk and zip lining. It was nice to be able to cross the bridge to walk to restaurants. We had 5 people and it was perfect for us. Kitchen was nicely stocked, note there were no paper products in the kitchen. House was clean and welcome bag was a nice touch! Thanks for a great base for our trip.」

「Would definitely come back. Good communication with host(s). Jennifer even stopped by to check in on us the evening of our arrival. Very clean and everything you need is available / well organized. Currently 25 horses to watch in the adjacent fields. Highly recommend this property.」

「Host was very quick with responses! Nice, cozy, clean home. Hot tub was clean and ready for us. The only negative was the dogs kept in a run behind the house barked for hours at night. Looked like a great place in Warmer weather for a family due to the pool and hottub.」

「Bobby's house was in a great location! It is close to restaurants, visitor center, and trail heads. The house was sufficiently stocked and clean enough. The house makes good use of the four bedrooms by including extra beds in two of the rooms. Bobby was very responsive with communications, which is always appreciated! 「The property was perfect for a large group who were there to celebrate my daughter's wedding. The home had all needed amenities and so much room! It felt very homey and well loved. Everything was in good working order and all processes were uncomplicated. The owner was kind, professional and on site when we arrived. We loved the neighbors dog and had a great time. 「This almost didn't happen because there was a storm that took the power out. But, fortunately, the power was on and we were able to have 2 nights there. It has so much character. It was clean and located close to the New River Gorge for us to commute back and forth. Tiffany was wonderful to communicate with us and she and Kevin gave a quick history lesson of the place.」

「The cabin is exactly as described. The grounds keeper went out of his way to grab trash we hadn’t taken over yet while we were out. A lot of reviews mentioned the road being bad, but it’s just a typical narrow dirt road. I can see it maybe being a little intimidating if you never drive on unpaved roads, but it is very well maintained, just go slow and be mindful while passing people and you won’t have an issue.」

「We chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. Not sure if the dates were considered off season for an outdoor pool but it was not even close to being ready. Looked like it was filled with sludge. The website boasts a basketball court and a volleyball court. The vb court had no net and the bb court had 1 useable net and 1 without a rim at all. The place is old but clean. I didn’t think the breakfast was bad… just very limited options. Nice people at the desk. The beds are very firm. 」
