「It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.」

「We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

「The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations.」

「Etablissement avec les différents appartements facile à trouver, le gps amène juste devant. Le portail est en effet pas très large mais même cela nous avez été précisé lors de la réservation, qu'il fallait prendre large pour rentrer convenablement. Le parking dans la propriété est correct mais le nombre de place est je pense pas suffisant en haute saison. Il nous a été facile de trouver l'appartement dans la bâtisse, tout est bien indiqué. Pour obtenir nos clefs nous avions reçu un code d'accès...

「We enjoyed our time in Yves' lovely apartment. It had everything one needs for a 2 week stay. The location was excellent with great restaurants close by. Main tourist attractions we saw by walking and the rest by metro, which were only 5 minutes away. The Nespresso Ventuo made really good coffee. We found a shop in Marais for those larger pods. The only issue is the checking in process where it is very difficult to see the codes to access the keys, as it sits in a mailbox. But we managed it...
