"Staff were very helpful.I asked to use a freezer as I had a cool bag and used the one in the main kitchen.Nice chill out area to smoke.Overall for its age,the hotel was in excellent condition and the price was fantastic."

"The good: We stayed last in the cliff suite. Lovely large suite, nicely decorated, view of the sea. Bed was very comfortable and lovely duvet and pillows. "I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same ..."

"The property was just a described, great location for Southwold town and beach. The little store opposite had everything we needed. We would stay again!"
