We ‘re deeply disappointed to hear about the challenges you experienced during your StayAs for the room allocation, all the guest rooms are assigned by reservation date it depends when reservation has been made, the earlier reservation has been made at higher and late reservation made at lower floor. This is our strict rule we follow due to the huge amount of the higher floor request we receive. It is very important for us to be fair to all of our guests, we would like to ask you for your understanding over the issue.For higher floor guest can choose the higher floor room when they book.
