「We waited a little late to make our reservation for the festival in Ashland KY and had an hour drive both ways. Turned out to be very fortuitous! We loved the property! Wonderful accommodations! Nice three room upstairs apartment in an old historic house by the river. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of fun history in the small town of Point Pleasant. Don’t miss The Mothman statue and museum!」

「We stayed here because it was cheaper than buying 2 hotel rooms & closer to the wrestling meet than any available hotels. It’s a nice, clean place. The beds are super comfy. The coffee was a nice surprise to me because we had a late night & early morning of wrestling. We had no issues & were impressed with this house. Definitely recommend.」
