「I actually ended up checking out and going to another hotel. The staff was SO nice, but were having to deal with an issue that some of the guest rooms didn’t have hot water, so they were very busy. When I checked into my room, it wasn’t dirty exactly, but the walk outlets didn’t have covers, so I was a little suspicious. 「Staff was friendly easy to get along with. I came from out of town on Amtrak. Amtrak was having delays on service due to mechanical problems with one of the trains blocking the tracks in south Florida. Had a 6 and half hour delay get to the hotel. I was marked no show .between Expedia and hotel staff was able still get my room . Everything worked out great.」
