「哎，這個價格真的不值，在中國最多也就是200多塊，第一，工作人員是巴基斯坦人，說的英文完全聽不懂，翻譯軟件也翻譯不出來，第二房間舊又有一股黑人的臭味，第三酒店就連招牌都沒，那時候是晚上我下了地鐵站原本想走路回去，結果走了一個小時，1公里的路，左問又問別人都不知道，後來坐的士，導航指的是附近，然後怎麼走也不見這間酒店，無奈就白花了車費，最後就是下車碰巧見了這間酒店，第四房間是夠大，但是冷氣系統時冷時熱，就連沖涼的水壓也是沒凍水」

「This was my first time in Dubai, so I was somewhat nervous about lodging in a place I had never been to. However, Alessandro and Mrs. Hla were excellent. They were very responsive to my every need and made me feel comfortable in a foreign land. The property was great too. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Oh, did I mention the views?? The views were amazing; I felt I was on top of the world. Great location and near everything!」

「We stayed 1st - 22nd July 2023 on our first visit to Dubai and had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed, as was the pool area and the gym was very well stocked with equipment (and very quiet when we were there). The location is perfect, with all of JBR spread out in front of you, with easy access to the beach, local attractions, restaurant's, fast food, supermarket's and taxi's (best way of getting around). 「I had seen mixed reviews of Escan Tower, and when I arrived at 3am after a delayed flight, it didn’t look great. But as soon as I got into the room, and saw the view, it was amazing. I had a fabulous trip. The apartment has a wonderful view and the location is superb. A short walk from JLT, Metro and of course Marina Walk and the beach. The staff were lovely and the apartment itself was great. The only thing I would suggest is swapping the TV for one with Netflix, YouTube etc. 」
