「帶著期待夫妻二人在自由行中特別挑選了白馬當作所有旅程的重點,他的服務卻給我們極大的失望和憤怒, 面湖的房間是在前棟和另一棟房中間的湖景, 早餐如所強調的是在湖邊的餐廳用餐, 我們等候進去早餐時,女服務員看了我們也順便招呼排在我們後面的 一對夫婦,一同招呼進場, 我們一進去就看到靠湖邊窗戶的二個空桌, 想不到這位女服務生先請我們後面的夫妻先入座, 然後把我們帶到較裡面的位置坐, 我們表達要坐靠湖邊的位置,一直不被同意; 當我們告知我們不是團客而是自己訂房的客人, 另一位女服務生才把我們安排到一半看湖一半面內部的所謂湖邊位置, 我們再次看著空著的一個湖邊的位置表達我們想要坐湖邊,仍然得不到回應; 直到快用餐完這個湖邊的位置才有人來坐. 我不知道這個飯店的待客標準是甚麼? 我懷疑是因為我是亞洲臉孔所以我不配坐湖邊的位置,是嗎? 或者因為我是亞洲臉孔,我就是團客? 然後團客就需要被嚴格對待?建議所有亞洲人不要以散客身分入住,你將得不到你應有的服務......本來還想整個早上在這飯店多待會, 吃飯中我們就決定馬上離開這一個不被尊重的飯店. 這個飯店的經驗是我們十四天捷奧自由行最糟糕的經驗,...

「The staffs are good and helpful. The lication is fine, though not very close to the railway station nor the bus station but acceptable. The food is good and the room is nice. But the room is small and the view is not value for the expensive hotel charge! I expect a much bigger room with great view. The service is good. If money is not a concern for you, I recomment it.」

「This is a perfectly located spot in Hallstadt. The cafe next door is fantastic and right on the water. You are still very close walking distance to the center of the town, but thankfully not surrounded by all the crowds of people. I enjoyed exploring the town before and after all the main bus loads of people were gone. Recommend the waterfall hike that is in close proximity. Space was clean and bed/shower was nice was comfortable. THE VIEW. You cannot beat it.」
