「the hotel location is not the same as stated in the website, it is still located at the city centre though. the pictures showing the room do not match with reality and a bit out of our expectation. the house looks a bit old 」

「Location is convenient, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The parking is a problem, and not easy to access the hotel by car. Although hotel provided the valet parking service, but we arrived on Friday evening, it’s very impossible to enter the crowded streets. And we have to park at a garage which was about 1km away from the hotel.」

「When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved.」

「The hotel is close to the city centre and basically very convenient to everywhere of the town. The room is modern and clean. It is particularly good that a street at the back door (?) of the hotel has lots of small bars and restaurants at night, where we never need to trouble for food. I arrive Granada at the ALSA bus station, and I suggest to go to this hotel by taxi. It costs less than 10 euros, and it may not be directly accessible via bus. 」

「This is a very basic hotel. The location is super close to Alhambra. You can (and require in high season) to book tickets to Alhambra anyway, so this mitigation somewhat the location advantage, as there is no need to line up. It is ranked as 4-Star but don’t expect anything you usually expect.」

「Breakfast is not as good as expected. The pipeline of washbowl and shower are stock. People are very friendly there.」
