Room availability severely delayed
I’ve booked 6 rooms in total and only 2 rooms were available for us at the official check in time at 3pm. Until 5pm there were still 2 rooms unavailable for us to move in which was a shame as we had a big family banquet to attend to that night. All in all, the hotel was generally good but the delay rooms had really affected our journey.

只有櫃台入住時女性服務員態度不敬業問啥都不清楚。裝萌 呼攸,其它都好,另外晚上一樓咖啡酒吧,菲律賓駐唱女歌手,點歌一條英文歌也不會,難怪住哪三天每天酒吧都沒客人,應立刻換歌手呀

酒店位置确实不错。原计划住四晚，订的双床房，因为台风航班取消续一天房，结果被告知前台没法办理，只能通过app再订房，二次订房的时候携程和hotels.com都没有双床房了，只能订了大床房 搬了一次房，第二天又走不了，再续房还是同样的问题 只能又搬了一次。挺折腾的！另外，酒店卫生还可以，设施比较陈旧，房间也不大。大床房设计不合理（不知道其他大床房是不是这样子），马桶居然在淋浴间内！半夜起来上厕所 地面还没干 差点滑倒！还有一个晚上，小朋友在冲澡 刚冲一会 突然喊烫 冷水突然没有了，打电话去前台问怎么没凉水了，说在抢修，让等。洗了一半的娃只能出来等 事后酒店也没有任何说法，总之，感觉五星酒店的服务不该如此。也可能因为跟之前住的5星酒店比有落差，所以感觉一般。

整體住宿滿意。二樓自助早餐的餐廳要注意一下餐桌面的清潔要仔細，不要留有一層薄薄的油垢，這對注重衛生的住客來說會給印象分打折扣。服務周到，給各服務人員滿分，特別要讚賞一下服務員 Maggie Zhong 的專業及細心。

the hotel room is old, services are very good start from the front desk. but the room itself doesn't seem like the one worth for 1000 rmb. especially the toothbrush and personal hygen package in the room. looks very cheap.
