性价比不错
整体感觉到是不错,前台员工很专,room service 的同事服务也快捷。出入酒店都是的的打车,应该不靠近地铁站。性价比还是不错

I obviously avoided restaurant and breakfast , in view of what they charge for breakfast . Very disapponting was concierge . At a time where it is practically impossible to have a taxi if you have no Chinese internet , i would have expected concierge to be able to organize it for their customer . No they just tell you in 5mn and 15mn later you are still waiting as they are just looking for free taxi im the street . This is untolerable for an hotel of this range. I missed my appointment in Guangzhou as i had to wait 30mn.

The community is safe and convenient, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which connects bus routes to many places.

even though thus is supposed to be a non smoking room but the cigarette smell is so strong in the room, and is really unbearable. So I decided to check out earlier. Though I understand that in China, cigarette smell in a non smoking room happens a lot. I really hope hotels can enforce the rule.

Very nice hotel. Service is excellent, and hotel atmosphere is relaxing, decorations are good taste. Overall this hotel is better than other 5stars hotels in the city that we had stayed before. Location is convenient..shops, cafe, restaurants, even grocery around the hotel.The lobby manager (Jessica) at the time of our check-in is very patient, understanding, professional, and polite in addressing our booking issues. We had a comfortable stay for 3nights and will book again next time when we visit GZ.
