Hi Mr. Carlos, thank you for the feedback, yes, the property is older and does have its charm. Our rooms were refreshed in the spring of 2023. Our guest service staff is very hospitable please let us know how we can best assist you.

Yes the property is an older property and it does not have AC, all rooms come with in rooms ceiling fans plus all rooms have private balcony's and decks with patio doors to allow that natural coastal breeze to pass through. Last year the hotel did a spring refresh, I am sorry to hear if there was noise that created a disturbance. Please know you are always welcome to reach out to the front desk and we are more than happy to see how we can best assist. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed Joe's Restaurant next to the hotel. Dear Steve, thank you for taking time to provide feedback. The property recently enhanced its complimentary breakfast items and added scrambled eggs, sausages, and waffles, in addition to other items such as oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, toast, cheese, fruit & pastries. Let us know what other items you would like to see. I do apologize for the one ice machine; we are towards the ones that are presently down. Yes, the property does charge a 90+ tax pet cleaning fee and we do requests for pets to not be left alone in the room. This is because we do want all of our guests to enjoy their time at the Half Moon Bay Lodge. Thank you for having stayed. We look forward to hosting you at the property in the future.
