這一次的住宿經驗實在太美好了，飯店所有人員態度都非常好英文也很專業，能仔細觀察顧客的需求提供服務。房間打掃的很乾淨整齊，住起來非常舒適，早餐提供的餐點每一道都很好吃！下次住宿一定還會選擇這裡，非常值得！

河内酒店大多数房间为小，可齐全。酒店位置好，出行方便。服务一流，干净卫生，大大推荐！ 有点遗憾是早上5点钟，可能有客人在退房，没把门关好，门铃一直响，没人来处理，害我被吵醒，要打电话到楼下叫帮忙检查，但总体来说性价比较高的一个酒店，值得入住！

The JM Marvel Hotel & Spa is a nice Hotel. The room is very comfortable and clean, nice breakfast with great location in the Old Quarter. They have provided great service to the customers not only the trip in Hanoi, but also before our trip they have already contacted us and help us to purchase the show tickets. Highly recommended.

我和朋友在這酒店先住一天，再到下龍灣2日1夜，再回到河內多住一天。第一天到步開始就有非常好的服務，先有welcome tea, 再免費升級我們到空間更大，有窗或陽台的房間(本來先訂了最便宜沒窗的)，親自送我們到房間。任何時候服務員都是笑容可掬。從下龍灣回來再入住時，我們本在對面馬路，他們的服務員也認出我們，特意過來幫忙拿行李。最後早上我們要很趕5點多就離開，他們也安排了早餐打包給我們。真貼心!

The best hotel with the best service
It is definitely one of the best hotel staying experiences I have ever had. The staff and the service was so nice and helpful. The deco is exactly like the photos I saw online when I was booking the room. Clean and spacious room with receptionists that speaks great English. The trainee who led us to our room was so kind and recommended so many places and local restaurants to us. I like their cozy little rooftop bar. The Mango Lassie was so good. 這次入住體驗是我這輩子住過最好的幾次了。房間就長得跟訂房網站一模一樣，乾淨、空間夠大，黑白裝潢風格很美很有個性，餐廳、大廳跟屋頂酒吧的風格也一致。酒吧的Mango Lassie很好喝。接待人員雖然是實習生，但是服務非常周到，英文流利，跟我們推薦了很多美食跟景點，還教我們越南文。

The hotel is located at the city centre. Very convenient location. The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We got free upgrade for our rooms. We were impressed by their exceptional service.

1. They blackmailed me multiple times about how I rated their hotel on their survey. 2. They wanted me to make a payment at the front desk and also wanted me to register my credit card in case of cancellation before I left for Vietnam. I was ready to pay at the front desk when I arrived, but they already took money from my credit card without my approval. 3. I ordered an airport shuttle on the hotel’s website. The driver showed up with shabby clothes with no smile on, only helped with one person’s suitcase and drove with just left hand because he was holding his cellphone talking to somebody the whole time. It was quite scary especially because it was late at night.

スタッフは優しく、心遣いもあって非常に良かったです。チェックアウト後にも無料でシャワーを使わせてもらえたのも良かったです。 ただ、部屋は写真よりいい狭く、テレビの調子も良くなかったです。宿泊する分には全く問題ありませんが。 ホテル周辺は若干ゴミゴミしている感じです。
