服務人員親切 也會幫忙叫taxi，地點非常方便，就在老城區內，附近有許多餐廳。非常推薦飯店的spa，我連續去按了二次，cp值非常高。早餐的選項很多 也有河粉可以選。房間寬敞乾淨，床也非常舒服。下次來河內 一定會再入住！

Excellent hotel with great services!
Staffs are all super nice, helpful and friendly, they remember each of our names and greet us everytime when they see us. The hotel located in the heart of old quarter with many shops and restaurants nearby, it is just 5 minutes walking distance to the lake. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

this is my business trip, very good services, except the Wi-Fi in the room is not stable, and view from my room is opposite to some old building. but generally it is very good, and I will stay at the same while I am back to Hanoi again.

Professional service
This is a new hotel in old quarter area, only 5 mins walk to the lake. I was traveling with my parents, aunt and grandma and they all cannot speak English. The staff are still very helpful and try their very best to get translation from someone else while I was away. And they gave good advise on restaurants and tips for shopping. That's why I decided to stay another night after we came back from Halong Bay. The breakfast was awesome with all sorts of food, western, chinese and vietnamese. You will regret if you skip the breakfast! Since we have 5 people to stay, they offered us a family room with one queen size bed and 3 single beds which totally fit our needs! The room is spacious and clean. Overall my experience staying in this hotel is very pleasant and I will highly recommend this to my friends.

ホテルを決める際 色々口コミを見ましたが、 対応がとても素晴らしい、朝食が美味しい 又滞在したいホテルだと 高評価だったのが納得出来ました。 空港へ送迎を頼みましたが、プラカードの苗字が違っていたアクシデントは少しありましたが… 担当のHangさんが、とても親切丁寧に対応して下さり、ホテル内のSPAについての確認や、 夕食の予約等 LINEでの迅速な対応にとても感謝しています。 私達はあいにく英語がわからず 翻訳しながらのコミュニケーションでした。 日本語が話せるスタッフがいるともっと安心感が増すと思います。 場所は旧市街の中心部にあり、とても便利でした。 ショッピングや食事など夜まで楽しめました。 朝食はどれも美味しく、特にヨーグルトはお気に入りです。 最終日早朝のフライトでしたが、朝食BOXを用意して頂き感激しました。 とても宿泊者目線で考えられているので、 次回ハノイに来る時も 又こちらに滞在したいと思える程満足度が高く 素晴らしいホテルでした。

Hotel was clean and in a great part of Old Quarter. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - they were truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Free breakfast was delicious (buffet style with a ton of options). Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed the stay at La siesta Classic Ma May Hotel & Spa. It was comfortable with hospitality in check in and out. Vietnamese cuisine is high quality and delicious in 1F restaurant. It is possible to cook favorite baquette sandwich by your self. I recommend to visit top floor, You can find nice SKY Bar.

Great location great service
Fantastic 2 day stay in La Siesta. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the Old Quater. But what really made this hotel special is the service. Every staff member is so helpful and kind and always has a smile on their face. As we were there over the Lunar new year holidays we did not get the opportunity to use the gym or spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la posizione e perché eravamo curiosi di vedere come mai era quotato con migliaia di eccellente. La sorpresa è stata che effettivamente non si poteva che lodare ogni dipendente per la sua disponibilità a prevenire e poi esaudire ogni necessità degli ospiti. Le camere sono pulitissime, le superior che avevamo prenotato poi hanno anche un bagno grande ed il ristorante è ottimo e con prezzi molto convenienti. Anche qui il personale è di una gentilezza e premura come si trova in quelli stellati. Eravamo molto scettici sulla mole dì eccellente dato nei giudizi, ebbene anche noi confermiamo che sono meritati!
