Exxxxtremely goood service!
Extremely happy with this hotel! Very good location as it’s in the middle of old quarter! Room - Junior Suite is great, with bath tub and good shower facilities. Staff are sooo friendly, breakfast has good choice and they all remember you! Very good English proficiency! Spa is amazing, gooood price and offers happy hour rate! The spa staff are very gentle and nice, good technique! I love this place.

Very good services by all staff. They are very kind and caring. The linked room design caused some noise issue which we can hear the next room TV and guests talking when we start to sleep at night. But overall a very nice and good hotel to visit. I know they are planning to address the link-room noise issue, thus I look forward to visiting this hotel in the near future. Hooghly recommend.

The breakfast is very good, delicious and full of diversity. No matter where you are, you could feel far comfortable and, of course, the space is much fitting to my tasty. Located in the centre of old quarters. Tourist sites, dining options and shopping all within comfortable walking distance. Great dining options at hotel with friendly staff that go out of their way to help. Really enjoyed stay.

Pretty , quiet and clean hotel located in the busy old quarters. Very accessible to alot of popular eateries around the old quarters. Has a convienient store beside the hotel. The staffs are all very professional and attentive!

We stayed at the Peridot twice during our time in Vietnam. For both stays the hotel was great. Lovely friendly staff, very clean, nice facilities and a big comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent too. The location is ideal, close to lots of eating options. We walked to most of the sites from the hotel with ease. Cabs are plentiful and a good price if you don’t want to walk. The Grab app works really well in Hanoi. We also used the hotels airport transfer service (4 times), which was obviously more expensive than a cab, but still priced very reasonably and an excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Peridot for anyone staying in Hanoi.

Absolutely loved my experience at this hotel! We had a corner room that didn't have a city view, but was very clean and had a spacious bathroom. Service was amazing and the property manager even checked in with us as we checked out, and I felt that they really cared about our experience. Breakfast buffet was beautiful, delicious and had a lot of variety.

Fantastic hotel with great service. Despite missing our connecting flight, the car organised by the hotel was waiting for us. Staff were attentive and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was superb. We visited the spa and the Sky Bar and enjoyed both, with the staff continuing to provide a terrific experience. The hotel’s location in the Old Quarter makes every voyage outside the front doors and adventure. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are excellent - friendly and extremely helpful. Great breakfasts and other dining options. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the hotel is ideally situated to explore the old quarter or to go to other parts of the city.
